Driver technical inspections will be held at the Sun Valley Auto Club in Hailey on Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  All drivers are required to fill out the Drivers Packet and have their vehicle inspected. 

 

 A driver's luncheon will be from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Racing is a family tradition for the Unser's. Johnny Unser, the youngest of the racing family, joined his late father Jerry Unser, Uncles Bobby Senior and Al Senior and Cousin Al Junior in the driving profession after completing his education at California State University. Johnny won the 12 Hours of Sebring and competed in the 24 Hours of Daytona many times with several top finishes. He raced in Europe, finishing second in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Johnny won the Winter ALCAN 5000 mile road rally three times and competed in the Baja 1000. A veteran of five consecutive Indy 500's, it's safe to say that Johnny Unser has incredible experience and knowledge in the racing world.
